  2. Register for your test
  3. Submit your alternative testing arrangements request form, including all required documentation

If you have comments about the test center or the conditions under which you took a test, please submit your comments in an email to Evaluation Systems no later than seven days after your test session.

At this site you will find regulations, guidelines, and applications for Academic PreK–12, Vocational Technical Education, and Adult Basic Education licenses. Access the Licensure Requirements Tool opens in a new window to identify the requirements for a specific educator license, or apply for an educator license online using the Educator Licensure and Recruitment (ELAR) opens in a new window system. First-time applicants must create an ELAR profile prior to applying online.
